Angela is as an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), a Chartered Insurer and an ACCA Affiliate.

Angela began her insurance career with The Scottish Widows' Fund and Life Assurance Society at their Head Office in Edinburgh where she spent five years dealing with personal pensions and all types of life assurance. In March 1996 she joined Isle of Man Insurance Management Limited as an Insurance Technician and was promoted to Account Executive in January 1998.

Having joined Castletown when it was formed in 1998, initially as an insurance executive, Angela decided to pursue her accounting studies. She is now a Director of the Company involved in client accounting, treasury, claims and statistical work. As well as preparing accounts for a number of clients, she also undertakes a strategic and supervisory role in this area. She also brings to this role her very significant insurance expertise and performs statistical work and much of the more complex claims analysis.
